This is not dog training.

It is relational awareness - guided by your most loyal teacher.

Attune

A 6 month 1:1 coaching journey to help you regulate your nervous system, deepen attunement with your dog and respond instead of react - in moments that matter.

This isn't about quick fixes - it's about helping you show up calm, confident and regulated in the moments that challenge you most with your dog.

Attune is a 6 month relational journey that supports you in becoming more regulated, more attuned and more grounded - so connection replaces confusion and presence replaces pressure.

If you're looking for lasting change rather than tools or techniques, you're in the right place.

New spots open in June 2026!

Inside Attune, we see your relationship with your dog as a mirror, reflecting everything you need to see about how you relate to love, safety, boundaries, and presence.

Because the way you connect with your dog isn’t separate from the way you connect with life - it’s woven from the same threads.

The moments you shut down or overextend, the urge to control, the fear of being “too much”:  they all show up here, in this sacred relationship.

And the beauty is, your dog isn’t asking you to be perfect. They’re asking you to be present.

To meet them with honesty, softness, and courage. And in doing so, you begin to meet yourself.

You begin to attune - to yourself, and to your dog.

Over 6 months of this work, women start to experience:

  • Less emotional overwhelm around their dog: fewer spirals of guilt, frustration, or self-blame and a growing ability to pause, breathe and choose how to respond

  • Greater confidence in reading their dog: you start trusting what you sense instead of second-guessing yourself or endlessly searching for external validation

  • More regulated responses in difficult moments: whether it's reactivity, fear, shutdown or conflict - you feel more grounded in your body and clearer in your actions

  • A noticeable shift in the relationship dynamic: as you become more regulated, your dog experiences more safety, clarity and co-regulation

  • Relief from the constant "I should be doing better" feeling: Shame and pressure soften, making space for connection, curiosity and repair

  • Skills that stay with you long after the container ends: nervous system literacy, somatic awareness and relational tools you can return to again and again

Client Story: Trupti

When Trupti came into this work, she was overwhelmed. Disconnected from her dog in a way that felt confusing and painful.

They had once been deeply attuned to each other. But after time apart, something had shifted. They were close but not quite connected. She sensed the gap, but didn’t know what caused it or how to bridge it. The noise of conflicting advice only added to her doubt.

What she wanted was simple: to feel close to her dog again. To understand him, to show up for him in the way her heart knew was possible.

Instead of rushing to fix the surface, she slowed down. She got clear on the kind of relationship she wanted to rebuild.

She stopped looking at her dog as the one who needed to change, and started looking inward - at the stories, patterns, and fears shaping how she was relating to him.

That’s when things began to shift.

She started showing up with more presence. More steadiness. More trust in herself. She began responding, not reacting. Her nervous system started to become a place of safety - for both of them.

In just a few weeks, the reconnection was tangible. She felt more confident in supporting him during moments of distress and began allowing herself to lean on him, too.

Their bond deepened.

Now, she’s ready to go even further - into mutuality, into co-regulation, into a relationship that supports both of them.

“I used to carry the pressure to fix everything - his emotions, mine - without actually holding space for either. Through Attune, I’ve started experiencing stillness, mutual support, and a kind of peaceful companionship I didn’t know was possible. It’s like my dog was waiting for me to meet him here all along.”

This is for you if:

  • You're a dog mom who feels emotionally invested in your relationship with your dog - not just their behaviour

  • You've tried tools, training or advice and still feel overwhelmed, confused or self-critical

  • You sense that your inner state affects your dog, and you're willing to explore that with honesty

  • You're open to somatic, relational and nervous system based work

  • You're ready for ongoing, consistent support rather than quick fixes

  • You value depth, reflection and integration over speed

This may not be the right fit for you if:

  • You're looking for behavioural training, obedience work or step by step techniques

  • You want a quick solution to "fix" your dog without changing how you show up

  • You're not currently able to commit to six months of inner and relational work

  • You prefer purely cognitive or instructional approaches

  • You're not ready to invest in yourself at this level

If you're reading this and feeling both resonance and a bit of nervousness, that's often a sign this work matters.

If you're feeling clear that this isn't the right time or depth, honouroing that clarity is part of attunement.

Over 6 months, you'll receive:

ð“‚€  Bi-monthly 1:1 relational & somatic coaching calls

We move between what’s happening with your dog, what’s happening in your body, and what’s happening inside you.

You’ll notice patterns as they arise: tension, fear, withdrawal, or reactivity, and we’ll explore them together.

I guide you to track your nervous system, notice how old relational patterns show up, and experiment with new ways of responding that build attunement and trust.

It’s not about lectures or checklists.

It’s about experiencing the shift in real time - feeling what it’s like to be grounded, responsive, and connected,

and then learning how to carry that presence into your dog relationship and your life.

Client Story: Sydney

Sydney stepped into Attune after working with me in a 1:1 behaviour support session that began to unravel many of the fundamentals she had long accepted.

That session became a powerful catalyst, laying the groundwork for dismantling deeply rooted beliefs around dog training and care.

Familiar refrains like “a tired dog is a good dog” began to lose their grip as she started to reflect more critically and compassionately on her relationship with her dog.

Attune offered her more than just tools - it offered an invitation to unlearn, to question, and to gently release what Western culture had long taught about control, obedience, and ownership.

The shift?

She’s learning to see her dogs not as something to manage, but as individuals to be in relationship with.

She’s noticing how her own actions, mindset, and energy shape the experiences of the animals in her life.

And she’s beginning to recognise the relational skills she needs to practice - skills that support a more attuned, reciprocal way of being, both with her dogs and with herself.

"This has fundamentally shifted how I see my relationship with my animals. It's just really good to have these conversations with someone who understands because not a lot of people really understand the relationship we can have with our dogs. So it has been really good to deconstruct that inside Attune.”

Hi, I'm your coach - Surabhi

My dogs have consistently held up mirrors for me, revealing parts of my inner world that I may not have always been ready to confront and move through.

I felt the signs...

...the tinge of guilt when I was doing something that just didn't feel right;

the dysregulation I felt in my body while moving through difficult emotions with my dog;

the resentment I felt when despite doing so much, my dogs wouldn't just listen to me;

the cycles of shame I would spiral in when I poorly handled a situation but didn't know how to repair;

the feeling that while my dog and I were close, I could still sense a distance between us.

At one point, I could no longer ignore the signs.

They were no longer whispers but my body screaming for a new way of relating.

And so in doing that work, I  learned (and unlearned) relational skills to be in right relationship not just with my dogs...but with my partner, with my family, with my colleagues and friends and most importantly, myself.

Inside ATTUNE, I serve as your personal coach guiding and supporting you as take on this transformative work with your dog (and yourself),

drawing upon my 9+ years of  experience in coaching women across the globe and as a changemaker rooted in education equity and as a Level 4 ethical canine behaviour consultant and applied ethologist.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many calls are there?

The 6 months' coaching journey offers 12 1:1 coaching. These calls happen bi-monthly and usually last 90 mins.

Is this a dog training program?

No — ATTUNE is not about teaching commands or correcting behavior. It’s a relationship-based coaching journey that explores how your nervous system, beliefs, and emotional patterns shape the connection you have with your dog. While you may see behavioural shifts, they’ll be the result of deeper inner and relational transformation — not surface-level techniques.

Is this program right for me if I’ve already worked with dog trainers?

Absolutely. Many people come to ATTUNE after trying multiple trainers or behaviourists, only to realise that techniques alone weren’t addressing the heart of the issue. If you’re craving a more soulful, holistic, and empowering approach — one that includes you in the healing — this may be exactly what you’ve been looking for.

What if I’m new to somatic or relational work?

No experience is necessary. ATTUNE is designed to meet you exactly where you are, with compassion and care. You’ll be gently guided through practices, insights, and tools that build awareness, emotional safety, and connection — all at a pace that honours your nervous system and lived experience.

Can I do this program if my dog is reactive or anxious?

Yes — and in fact, ATTUNE is especially powerful for guardians of sensitive, anxious, or reactive dogs. These dogs are often highly attuned to your inner world, making them incredible mirrors and co-regulators. This work can help you both move from reactivity to relational safety.

What happens after I apply?

If you're application feels like a good fit, I will write back to you within 48 hours with payment details and next steps. Usually, this includes receiving an onboarding pack and calendar details to block our first session.

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes. Flexible payment plans are available to make this work more accessible. The application form will ask for your payment preference.

Do you offer refunds?

This program is not refundable, given the high value resources you get access to as soon as you join the space. That being said, while it is perfectly normal to feel some nervousness around making an investment, it is also important that the thought of initiating this journey brings up excitement and hope for you too.
