RETURNS 

We don't offer any returns. All product information is mentioned on the website. You can also reach out for further clarifications. If your dog doesn't like the meal, we request you to feed it to streeties outside your home. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer any refunds. In case there's an issue with the meal (quantity, size preference for dogs etc), you can connect with us and we will rectify the error as much as possible on the SAME DAY of delivery. 

CANCELLATION 

We do not take any cancellation requests. All the food is made to order and fresh. 

Fresh meals are currently delivered to Gurgaon and Delhi homes using Dunzo/WeFast/Bozo. Once an order is placed, deliveries are made between 24-48 hours or date and time, as preferred by the client. 

All meals are freshly cooked and preservative-free. They can be stored up to 3 days in the refrigerator and up to 3 weeks in the freezer.

If your dog is moving from dry food to fresh food, or a different kind of home-cooked meal to this, or has a sensitive stomach, please follow the guidelines below:

 

Day 1-3: 75% old diet, 25% new diet

Days 4-6: 50% old diet, 50% new diet

Days 7-10: 25% old diet, 75% new diet

Day 10 onwards: 100% new diet

 

For dogs who are already on home-cooked non-vegetarian meals, you can skip the transition plan. If you notice any loose stools or vomiting, slowly reintroduce the food.
