An 8-week private mentorship for established women in the dog profession

You can walk into a room and read a dog and their human within minutes.

You understand what's spoken and what isn't. You feel the tension in a leash before anyone names it. You know the difference between a behaviour to manage and a relationship to repair.

You have built years of expertise on this.

And your business, he thing you built to carry all of that, has quietly stopped reflecting who you are.

It probably happened gradually. You:

  • Said yes to clients who weren't quite right because you needed the booking.

  • Adjusted your prices down when someone pushed back

  • Wrote about your work in language that felt flat, generic, nothing like how you actually think.

  • Avoided launching the thing you really wanted to offer because something about it felt exposing.

And underneath all of it - a kind of exhaustion that isn't really about the hours.

It's about working in a way that no longer fits.

You've looked for help with this before.

Maybe a business coach - smart, well-meaning, completely outside your world.

They gave you frameworks built for e-commerce founders and personal trainers.

They told you to niche down, raise your prices, post more consistently.

Some of it was useful. None of it changed how it felt to show up.

Maybe you tried the strategy content. The courses. The rebrand. Maybe, briefly, the corner of the internet that promised alignment through manifestation - before you decided you were too grounded and too tired for that.

Nothing wrong with any of it.

It just started in the wrong place.

Because the real work isn't in your marketing.

It's in your patterns.

The way you brace before certain client conversations.

The way you undercharge people you like.

The way you shrink when someone questions your method.

The way you keep attracting the same client who exhausts you, slightly differently dressed.

These aren't business problems - they're relational patterns.

And they are running your business whether you examine them or not.

This is the work nobody in the business world is doing with women like you.

Not because it's secret. Because most business coaches don't know how to see it.

You do. It's the work you do every day.

Reclaim is where we turn that lens on your business.

What Reclaim Is:

8 weeks. Weekly 90-minute private sessions. Just you and me.

No group. No templates. No generic strategy.

8 weeks of deep, unhurried work - looking at who you are now as a professional, who your work is truly for, what patterns have been quietly running the show, and what your business looks like when it's actually built around you.

We go into the places most business support never reaches:

~ Your soulmate audience: not a demographic, not a niche keyword. The specific human whose problem you are uniquely built to solve, and why working with them feels like coming alive instead of managing through.

~ Your relational patterns: what shows up in consultations, in pricing conversations, in the clients you keep attracting. Where your history is speaking louder than your expertise and what becomes possible when you see it clearly.

~ Your messaging: not copywriting tips, not a brand voice guide but real clarity on what you're actually trying to say, who you're saying it to, and why you've been making it harder than it needs to be. With hands-on feedback on your actual copy.

And woven through all of it - your offers, your pricing, your boundaries, your vision for what you're building.

Not as separate problems but as parts of a whole.

Who Reclaim is for:

~ You are 4 or more years into a service-based business in the dog profession and,  you are good at what you do

~ You are at a cusp. Not broken, not failing but aware that what you've built no longer quite fits who you've become

~ You can feel the shape of something more aligned, more intentional, more truly yours but you haven't been able to build your way there yet

~ You've tried other forms of support - possibly a coach, a course, a strategy sprint. Some of it was useful but none of it touched the thing underneath

~ You are done consuming information and ready to get to work on shifting things for yourself

What you're looking for isn't more strategy because you possibly have enough of that.

You're looking for someone who can help you see clearly - your patterns, your real strengths, the work you're most built for - and build from there.

That's what Reclaim is.

I work with three women at a time. No more.

pexels-martinpechy-2078266.jpg

What one woman found

In our work together, she noticed that every time she was in consultation with male clients, something in her would brace - anticipating criticism, preparing to defend herself, spending three times the energy of any other session.

We traced it-it wasn't about those clients.

When I asked her who she found herself genuinely energised by-who she could work with all day and still feel good, she said: dog moms. Without hesitation.

That became the thread we followed.

Her soulmate audience wasn't a marketing decision. It was a relational truth she'd been sitting on for years.

Her business is now being rebuilt around that. Her messaging has changed and so has her energy has changed.

She is not managing her way through her work anymore because she is now leading it.

What becomes possible for you:

By the end of 8 weeks, you'll have:

~ Clarity on who your soulmate client is and language to speak directly to them

~ A felt understanding of the relational patterns that have been shaping your business decisions and what shifts when you see them

~ Messaging that sounds like you, not a polished version of someone else, not over-explained, not shrunk

~ Offers restructured around your real capacity and the work you actually want to do

~ A pricing direction grounded in your worth, not your anxiety about what people will pay

Most importantly, you'll have a business that feels, finally, like yours.

How the 8 weeks unfold:

This is not a curriculum you move through. It's a journey with a direction - from the inside out, and back again.

1. Foundation: The Inside Work

We'll explore your relationship with your business, finding your core message and articulating your positioning.

2. Structure: The Outside Work

We'll explore designing deeply aligned and joyful offerings and setting up content and copy that does justice to them.

3. Patterns: The Relational Depth

We'll explore and unearth your relationship with pricing and launching, the mental blocks and ways to anchor your nervous system in what you desire.

4. Integration: The Way Forward

We'll integrate reflections, synthesis and learning and create an action plan that feels resourceful and supportive to your execution.

Reclaim is not for you if:

~ Your business is still in early survival mode - this work requires a foundation to restructure

~ You want quick tactics, content formulae or someone to build out for you

~ You aren't ready to look honestly at what's running underneath the surface

This work will be here when you're ready. But it only works if you are.

Hi, I'm Surabhi

3 years into my business, I gave myself an ultimatum

I wan't  building client relationships the way I wanted. I was undercharging, saying yes to things that didn't fit. There was no consistent financial stability.

No sense that my skills were being used in any real way - just a business that felt more like a hobby I was exhausted by, than a professional life I'd chosen.

I couldn't figure out how to make it feel like more.

So I decided: either I find a way to restructure this into something that actually meets my professional and financial goals or...I stop.

What followed was the work I now do with you.

~ Finding the thread of what I was actually built to offer

~ Getting clear on who I was really for

Learning to hold my worth in pricing conversations, in client relationships, in the way I talked about my work.

Rebuilding from the inside out until the business finally felt like mine.

I didn't do it alone - I found a mentor who could see what I couldn't and this work, in part, is my way of paying it forward.

That what I know how to do - not from a framework I studied but from a path I walked. â€‹

What women say:

"I was so stuck I didn't even want clients booking me - because I knew what I was offering wasn't how I wanted to offer it, but I had no idea how to change it.

What surprised me was how deep the reasons for being stuck actually were.

Making that connection changed everything - I could finally see it for what it was.

No matter what I brought up, I never felt judged. The feedback never felt like 'you should do this' - it always helped me find my own path.

Just four weeks later, I finally feel excited about my business and its future."

... shifted from lost and paralysed by imposter syndrome to being excited and clear about her business.

"After years of feeling anxious and haphazard about my business, I finally feel like I have the tools to be more intentional.

What surprised me most was realising that this work doesn't have to feel miserable - that I can contribute in ways that actually make sense to me.

The thought partnering and the questions Surabhi asked helped me unpack not just what I want to do, but how I want to do it.

For the first time, everything feels like it can align because there's real intention behind what I'm building."

This is a turning point

You don’t need another strategy to layer on top of what’s already working.

You need your business to finally reflect the depth of your experience, the care you bring to dogs and their humans, and the way you actually want to lead.

Flow is a space to pause, recalibrate, and restructure - so you’re no longer building from urgency or expectation, but from clarity and conviction.

If you’re ready to move from reacting to leading,

from over-giving to intentional design,

from scattered to settled...

This is your invitation.
