Create pockets of reflection every day  journey

A little bit of help for when you are having a tough day as a dog parent

Journal prompts are nothing but thought starters. When you are feeling overwhelmed and feeling too many things at once, journal prompts can offer some direction to make sense of your feelings.

I like to use the prompts more flexibly - it doesn't always have to be using them to write. I have used them to record voice notes/start a conversation with someone/for independent reflection/for drawing and colouring mandalas.

You can use them in ways that work best for you - the idea is to help you reflect on what you are feeling.

I have put this list of prompts together for you to help you make sense of a hard day - this can be an opportunity for reflection whenever you feel ready for it!

You can expand the prompts based on what's coming up for you but I definitely recommend closing your reflections with the last 2 prompts ❤️
