RESONANCE

A 6-week container to help dog moms move from constant vigilance to regulated, responsive and trusting connection - with your dog, yourself and others.

gold shimmer_edited_edited.jpg

Resonance is a 6-week guided container with weekly audio teachings, weekly micro-practices, and live relational support - designed to help your nervous system shift out of vigilance and into felt safety.

Your love for your dog is endless.

But so is the exhaustion, the mental noise, the constant “what if” running through your head.

You intervene before your dog even needs it

Fix problems that aren’t really problems yet, and somehow still feel like it’s never enough.

You’ve tried countless training methods, scoured online courses, followed expert advice, switched between approaches when progress felt slow, and even meticulously tracked every detail of your dog’s behaviour.

You’ve read the books, watched the videos, and tried to implement every “solution” you could find.

You’ve asked for guidance, sought reassurance, and double-checked yourself over and over.

And yet…nothing truly shifts the tension you carry.

You’re still exhausted, still bracing, still scanning ahead for what might go wrong.

IMG_0594.HEIC

Even when things feel fine, there’s a part of you that stays alert...

You notice yourself checking the door before leaving the house, scanning outside for potential hazards...

You find yourself over-explaining instructions to friends or family, double-checking they understand every detail.

Even small moments - a sudden bark, a minor spill, a hesitation in play - can make your heart race or your mind instantly spin into “what if” mode.

You step in before your dog has the chance to respond, mentally plan for every “what if,” and double-check yourself, others, and your environment.

You push down frustration, anxiety, or doubt, telling yourself it’s fine, even when inside you feel heavy and on edge.

But here's the thing: the real challenge isn’t what your dog is doing.

It's your body - and your nervous system - that treats almost everything like a threat, staying braced and vigilant even when the danger isn’t real.

gold shimmer_edited_edited.jpg

The missing piece isn't effort - it's your nervous system state.

You’ve been trying to change what you do with your dog. But your relationship is responding to how your body is organised while you’re doing it.

A body in survival moves quickly, holds tension, scans for threat, acts before feeling, relates from responsibility instead of presence.

From that state, even loving actions carry urgency. And urgency doesn’t create safety - it creates alertness.

Your Resonant Body™ -  the one capable of mutual regulation, ease, and attuned care - doesn’t emerge through control or competence.

It emerges when: you’re not bracing, you’re not anticipating, you’re not managing the moment and you’re actually present.

But survival patterns are self-reinforcing: you manage because you don’t feel safe and you don’t feel safe because you’re always managing.

This doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you. Your system is doing exactly what it learned to do.

Resonance is about accessing the part of you that can pause, feel, wait, trust the relationship to hold and let safety be felt instead of manufactured.

That’s not something you think your way into. It’s something your body has to remember.

Which is why the work begins in the
Resonant Body™

It’s the part of you that can stay present without bracing, pause without rushing to fix, and respond with ease instead of tension.

It’s not about controlling your dog or doing everything “right.”

It’s about how you inhabit your own body - your posture, your breath, your awareness - so that presence, trust, and attuned care naturally emerge.

Like on a walk where your dog usually hesitates.

Normally, you might step in, redirect, or anticipate what could go wrong.

From your Resonant Body™, you pause.

You notice your breath, your weight, the tension in your shoulders. You let the moment unfold without interference.

The leash slackens. The tension lifts. Your dog mirrors your calm.

Care feels lighter. Easier. Real.

This is what it feels like to move from survival to resonance.

To stop managing every outcome and start connecting from a place of embodied ease.

It’s the shift that transforms not only your relationship with your dog but your relationship with yourself: calmer, more empowered, and more joyful in everyday life.

What Resonant You Could Look Like:

ð“‚€  You pause before stepping in when your dog hesitates, pulls back, or ignores you, instead of immediately redirecting or distracting

ð“‚€  You stop constantly scanning for triggers - other dogs, sudden sounds, dropped food, visitors arriving - and trust how your dog will respond

ð“‚€  Your dog has space to sniff the floor when guests come in, hesitate before greeting someone, or take their time approaching something unfamiliar, without being rushed

ð“‚€ You’re no longer bracing for the next issue, and caring for your dog feels lighter, calmer, and more connected

And this flows in other aspects of life too...

Like listening and engaging without taking over or stepping into fix when someone expresses a need

Approaching unexpected challenges with clarity and ease instead of carrying unnecessary pressure

Allowing family and friends to step in and trusting their instincts while letting go of the mental load and senseof control

These shifts don’t come from more knowledge, better techniques, or trying harder.

They come from learning to inhabit your body differently - to regulate your nervous system, notice your impulses, and respond from presence rather than survival.

IMG_3868_edited.jpg

Resonance isn’t just a set of ideas or strategies -

it’s a lived, felt experience.

It’s about what it feels like in your body to respond from presence instead of survival, and how that transforms your care, your relationships, and your everyday life.

This is why Resonance happens inside a private Telegram community:

Resonance is meant to support you in real life, not at scheduled times.

Telegram allows guidance and support to meet you as patterns arise - on walks, in conversations, or in moments of tension -  so regulation happens in the moment, not later when you remember.

This isn’t about keeping up or doing more - it’s about having a space where your nervous system can pause, feel, and respond differently.

What to expect:

  • Gentle prompts and reflections you can engage with at your own pace

  • Support available as life happens, not just during calls or modules

  • A quiet, attuned community where learning happens through presence - not effort

Important to know: â€‹

  • No expectation to post daily

  • Quiet participation is completely normal

  • Voice notes are optional, not require

This space is designed to lower pressure, not add to it.

Inside Resonance, you receive:

ð“‚€ Weekly audio teachings → help you recognise survival patterns before they run the moment

ð“‚€ Reflection prompts → support integration without overthinking or effort

ð“‚€ Telegram support → allows regulation to happen when life is actually happening

From here, caring for your dog - and yourself- begins to feel lighter, more present, and connected

Walks, play, and cuddles become moments of joy instead of tension.

Presence leads. Survival steps back.

What Resonance is not:

ð“‚€ Controlling behaviour: you won't be learning rules, commands or step by step fixes

ð“‚€ Effort disguised as care: you don't have to push harder, over-function or micromanage to see change

ð“‚€ Quick fix or instant transformation: because real shifts happen in your nervous system over time

ð“‚€ About perfection: this is not about getting everything "right" with your dog, your relationship or yourself

ð“‚€ An intellectual exercise: this is felt, embodied and practiced in real life

The shift:

Before Resonance...

  • Your attention stays one step ahead - scanning, anticipating, mentally planning for what might go wrong

  • You step in quickly with your dog (or others), even in neutral moments, to prevent imagined outcomes

  • Your body carries tension even when nothing is actually happening

  • Walks, play, or quiet moments feel effortful because you’re managing instead of being present

  • Care comes from responsibility and vigilance, not ease or trust

After Resonance...

  • You notice yourself pausing before acting, giving the moment space to unfold

  • Your body stays steadier in uncertainty, without rushing to fix or control

  • You allow your dog to respond without immediate intervention, trusting the relationship to hold

  • Your breath deepens, your shoulders soften, and your attention settles into the present moment

  • Care feels lighter and more responsive - grounded in presence rather than urgency

The difference?

The external situations don’t need to change first.

What changes is how your body meets them - and that shift is what allows regulation, trust, and connection to emerge naturally.

Hi, I'm your guide, Surabhi

As someone who has spent most of her life over-functioning and playing out survival patterns, responding to my dogs from my Resonant Body is an ongoing exercise - not a one time activity.

The beauty about coming into this is that every time I notice those survival patterns playing out in my relationship with my dogs - in response to their barking, to tricky situations on walks, to unknown situations with them - it’s an invitation to pause and take cognisance of what’s happening inside of me, pay attention to it and lead from response...

as opposed to reacting or feeling like I’m running on a hamster wheel with caregiving.

Through this work, I want to create a reality for the women who step inside - that attuning to their dog doesn’t need to come from a place of more effort and work, but from presence, recognition and tenderness.

gold shimmer_edited_edited.jpg

Step off the treadmill of survival and into the field of presence - where your care, your relationships, and life can feel effortless.

I can't wait to welcome you inside Resonance.

FAQs

+ How long do I have access to the program materials?

You'll have lifetime access to all the audio teachings, reflection prompts and resources through the private podcast, so you can revisit the program anytime. After the 6 weeks though, you lose acess to the Telegram space.

+ What if I can't participate every day in Telegram?

That's fine. The Telegram community is there to support your practice in real life, but you can engage on your own schedule.

+ I don't have Telegram. Is there another way to access the program?

This is strictly a Telegram-based experience. All audio teachings, reflection prompts and resources will be shared only in the Telegram group. The private podcast becomes available only once your 6 weeks are over.

+ Do I need prior knowledge about dog behaviour or nervous system work?

No prior experience is needed. The program is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're new to these concepts or already exploring embodiment and attunement.

+ I've tried a lot of things before - why would this work?

Because the shift shows up as observable changes — less urgency, more pause, and different responses in moments that used to trigger vigilance.

+ What if I need more 1:1 support?

You can always apply to my 1:1 relational & somatic coaching program called Attune where I offer 1:1 support over a period of 6 months.
