Your business mission needs a bigger room than what you’re giving it.

Fuck it, I’ll say It is that room.

Fuck It, I’ll Say It

A 2 hours masterclass to articulate the core belief that makes your business a revolution, not a run-of-the mill service list.

7 Oct, Wednesday, 6:30 PM IST, Live on Zoom

Limited time replay available

Every dog professional I have ever worked with has something they believe about dogs, about the people who love them, about this industry, about what good practice actually looks like —

that they have never fully said out loud in public.

Not because it is not true.

Because somewhere along the way they learned that saying it fully, specifically, without qualification — was too much.

Too bold.

Too likely to invite judgment from other professionals.

Too risky for someone who likes to keep the peace with everyone, including strangers on the internet.

So they say a less controversial version of it.

The version that is true but not completely true. The version with the edges filed down. The one that could have been written by any dog professional in their niche.

And then they wonder why their content does not sound like them.

Why their offers feel generic. Why the right clients are not finding them.

Why they're not feeling so fucking lit up by their business.

Inside Fuck It I Will Say It, we say the real version.

Not the version that sounds smart.

Or the version that sounds safe.

But the one you've been carrying around, unsaid, because you weren't sure you were allowed to mean it that much.

The one that is so specifically yours that saying it out loud makes something in your body simultaneously terrified and relieved.

Terrified because it is specific enough that a lot of people could disagree with it and ask “who are you to say this”.

Relieved because it is finally, completely honest - without any hedging or pretense.

"Working with Surabhi made me realise that the purpose cannot be "help dogs" because that doesn't distinguish my business from the next dog biz.

Even when I started doing the articulation, I was trying to hide behind the safer ideas.

I kept going back to the ONE big idea I've been so convinced is my "fuck it I'll say it" belief. But it was too big to hold - I could feel myself contract as I was listening to my belief being read out loud.

We reframed what it meant to hold such a big vision and since then, I'm saying my 'fuck it, I'll say it' belief to myself with more conviction and ease.

This is is now my north star as I build my business.

Your business mission is not a writing exercise.

It is a belief you already hold - that you have probably been holding for years.

That you have not yet been willing to make the organising principle of everything you build.

Your Fuck It I Will Say It belief is the thing that determines:

  • What offers you build - because you only build the ones that are in service of the thing you actually believe

  • How you talk about your work - because your content stops being a performance of expertise and starts being an expression of something you genuinely stand for

  • Who finds you - because the caregivers who need someone who believes exactly what you believe can only find you when you say it clearly enough for them to recognise it

  • What you charge - because the professional who knows exactly what she stands for and is willing to say it charges from that conviction rather than from what feels safe.

Articulating this belief is not a brand positioning exercise.

It is the soul of your business made audible.

It is the thing your practice has been trying to organise around this whole time - waiting for you to give it permission to be named.

"I had been running around with a truckload of ideas for my online business in my head for years. But I couldn't identify the common thread connecting all these disparate ideas, and as a result, I couldn't move forward with any of them.

Doing the 'Fuck It, I'll Say It' exercise changed all that in just a couple of days.

I'm now crystal clear about who I'm speaking to.

I've identified the central heartbeat that informs my business.

And I'm beginning to find my voice, starting with a very specific message to the dog world at large."

Inside this masterclass, I will take you through:

⚡️ 4 questions you need to ask yourself to arrive at the "Fuck It, I'll Say It" belief

⚡️ Workshopping your belief with articulation and copy support so that it feels like yours

⚡️ How your belief becomes the foundation for how you position your business and design your offers — the work we go deeper on inside Unleashed, my six-month container for women dog professionals ready to build a practice around what they actually believe

IMG_4709.JPG

At the end of this masterclass, you'll walk away with:

A first, real draft of your Fuck It, I'll Say It belief — specific enough to build on, not a finished manifesto, but yours.

A way of hearing the difference between what you've been saying and what you actually mean - so you stop settling for the safer sentence next time.

And a deeper understanding of the revolution you are here to stir.

Not someday. Not once you feel ready. From the next thing you post.

This masterclass is for you if:

  • You have said a version of your belief in a caption, then deleted it because it felt like too much

  • You are building offers that are technically correct and somehow still don't feel like yours

  • You are tired of sounding like every other dog professional in your niche who also believes that "behaviour is communication" and "sees the whole dog"

  • You know there is something you believe deeply in your bones — about dogs, about this industry, about what good practice looks like — that you have never said all the way through

  • You are done circling the real reason you do this work and ready to finally land on it — the version you'd stand behind even if it cost you something.

"You could say that before fleshing out my “fuck it, I’ll say it belief” I was running around like a headless chicken in my business.

Every decision I made felt like throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something will stick.

I was looking at what others were doing because I had no idea how to do it my way.

The questions Surabhi asks and the guidance she provides helps flesh out the true core of your business, the belief that was always there but impossible to put into words.

And once you get clarity on that, everything changes - from how you run the business to the offers you’re making.

And EVERYTHING becomes so uniquely yours that it feels so silly that you once thought that you have to aspire to fit in the industry’s mould."

Your business is not here to fit inside what the dog industry has decided is acceptable to believe.

Your business is here to revolutionise the way we live with dogs.

And your Fuck It, I'll Say It belief is the permission you give yourself to claim that.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ Will there be a recording if I can't make it live?

Yes - but only for a limited time. Access to the recording will expire on 20 October 2027.

+ Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?

No,  you're arriving with whatever you've got. Part of the work is realising you already know more of your real belief than you've let yourself say.

+ Will this actually change my business, or is it just a feel-good exercise?

Women who've done this work have rewritten their offers around who they actually want to work with — and started charging premium prices for them. Made more in 3 months than they did the entire year before. Had more client inquiries in 2 months than they'd had in the whole previous year.

The belief isn't the end point. It's what makes the offer, the pricing, and the content finally line up — and that's when the business moves.

+ Is this only for people who already have a business, or can I come if I'm just starting out?

The belief isn't earned through years in business - it's the thing that made you want to do this work in the first place. That exists whether you have one client or a hundred.

That said - Unleashed, the container this masterclass opens into, is built for women with an established practice already.

If you're just starting out, this masterclass is still worth your $11 and your time.

Unleashed itself might make more sense for you a little further down the road.

+ What if I say my belief out loud and it's wrong, or it changes later?

It probably will change - beliefs that are actually yours evolve as you do. This isn't about locking something in for life. It's about telling the truth you're standing in right now, instead of the safest version of it.

+ Do I need to speak in front of the group?

Not compulsory. You can do this work quietly if that's what you need. But the terrified feeling I described earlier — the one that shows up right before you say the real thing? That's usually the sign you're closest to something true. If you want feedback on what you've put together, you'll need to say it out loud — and that's where the room actually helps you the most.

+ What happens to my belief after the masterclass — do I just have it, or is there a next step to actually use it?

You leave with the draft. What you do with it next — rebuild an offer, rewrite your content, reprice your work — is the actual six-month project, which is what Unleashed is for. This masterclass gets you the belief. It doesn't build the business around it for you.
