Do you also offer vegetarian options?
At this point in time, we don't offer vegetarian fresh food or meal plans. These are entirely meat based.
How long does it take to see a difference in the dog after your meal plan?
This completely depends on your dog and if we are addressing a health condition through the meal plan. For most dogs, we start noticing improvements in poop texture, temperament, agility and activity, skin and coat health within 4-6 weeks. For some dogs, it might take longer. It's important to be patient and keep communicating with us about what's working and not working in the plan.
How often do I have to change the dog's meal plan?
Unless your dog develops a health condition, the meal plan can be used for for 12-18 months. After that, it's helpful to review the plan and make any changes if needed.
Do I have to feed all the options that are given in the meal plan?
The meal plan is designed to give your dog and you choices. Dogs thrive on variety and so it's important that their palate is exposed to as many different kinds of foods as possible. Having said that, if you find that your dog prefers some foods over others, that's absolutely fine. Feed them more of those but do try to incorporate as much variety as possible.
I have more than 1 dog. Do they get the same meal plan?
No - each dog will get their own customised meal plan. This is because each dog will have different needs and requirements. It's possible that some or most of the ingredients will overlap between the meal plans. But each dog get their own meal plan.
Do you include kibble/dry food in your meal plans?
No, we don't. Our meal plans are entirely fresh food based and do not include any kibble content.

Where all do you deliver fresh food?
Given that our fresh food is cooked out of a home kitchen, we deliver fresh meals only to South Delhi & Gurgaon.
What if my dog doesn't like your food?
We always recommend trying a sampler meal to get a sense of your dog's taste and preference. We can always make adjustments to the fresh food basis the meal plan or your own recommendations.

Please do not discard any cooked food. You can feed it to the streeties around you.

Please note that costs on all fresh food (including the sampler meal) are non refundable.
How long can I store the fresh food for?
All fresh food should be stored in the freezer if they are to be used at a later time. They are good to be stored up until 3 weeks. Please defrost for 36-48 hours in the fridge and then pour warm water over the food and serve. Do not microwave.
Can I travel with your fresh food?
Absolutely! Our food is delivered in sealed bags that can be stored in ice boxes during travel trips. Once at the hotel, you can either stock up on the ice or store the meals in the fridge.
Do you add supplements to the fresh food?
We only add egg shell powder to the meals. All other supplements including oils need to be added once you serve the food.
