THE RELATIONAL BASELINE
For dog moms who are braver with their dog than they are with the people closest to them.
And are ready to bring that same woman into every room they're in
24 June, Wednesday 6:30 PM IST on Zoom
(replay available for The Wild Room Members)

Your dog is raising the standards in your relationships.
You know things now because of your dog that you didn't know before them.
Like how to stay present even when they’re having a hard time.
How to create space without rushing to fix it. How to sit with discomfort instead of over-functioning your way through it.
How to repair a rupture and come back to each other — without blame, without drama, without someone having to make themselves smaller to make peace.
You’ve understood consent so much deeper. Agency too. That needs are information, not inconvenience.
That the relationship only works when both of you are actually in it.
And now you’re feeling something shift in how you show up in other relationships.

You notice the overgiving before you've finished giving. You catch yourself absorbing someone's mood and know — in real time — that's not yours to carry. You feel the moment you're about to say something softer than what's true.
But seeing these shifts hasn’t stopped you from interrupting those old patterns.
You feel it in the small things.
The conversation you replayed for three days after it happened - picking apart what you said, what you should have said, what they meant by that one thing they said at the end.
The "I'm fine" you said when you weren't, and your body knew it the moment it left your mouth.
The relationship that leaves you exhausted every single time and you can't fully explain why because nothing dramatic happened, it just costs you something to be in it.
The quiet question you keep coming back to: why is this so hard? You're not asking for much. You're not being unreasonable. So why does showing up as yourself in that room feel like such an effort?
Maybe it's what you notice happens inside your work.
The invoice you followed up on with an apology attached. The rate you set and then quietly discounted before anyone even pushed back. The yes you said that had a no living inside it — and you felt it, and you said yes anyway.
You understand all of it but that's not shifting anything.

What you need
The actual experience — in real time, in a real relationship — that raising the floor doesn't break everything.
That staying yourself in that room doesn't cost you the relationship.
That the people who matter can meet you at a higher floor.
Because once you have that experience, even once, something shifts that understanding never could.
The relationship changes because you stopped standing on the old floor.

I know this "works".
I watched my reactive dog, Mutton, refuse to make herself easier.
Refuse to perform comfort she didn't feel. Refuse to adjust to what the room needed from her.
And I watched her be loved anyway.
Not despite her difficultness but as she actually was.
And something in me went very quiet.
What if I could be met like that too?
Because in most areas of my life — I'm not someone who shrinks. But I found myself stuck in long learned patterns:
Where I gave everything and received almost nothing and called it love. Where I managed, absorbed, adjusted, made it easy. Where I knew - in my body, before my brain had caught up - that I was disappearing inside it.
I understood why I did it. I could trace it all the way back but it didn't change anything.
That question - what if I could be met like that too - became the one I couldn't put down. And exploring that changed everything for me.

My marriage, which I was ready to walk away from, was rebuilt from a different baseline. A real one. One I named, held and refused to negotiate below.
My relationship with my mother, which had been running on my good girl identity for decades, shifted the day I stopped making my truth comfortable before it arrived.
My business changed when I stopped performing accessibility I didn't feel.
None of it required anyone's permission - all of it required me to stop waiting for it.
What we'll be doing together:
In two hours together you will:
-
Understand what a relational baseline actually is - and why it's not the same as a boundary, a standard, or something you negotiate with someone else
-
See exactly how the good girl conditioning eroded your baseline - quietly, completely, without your consent
-
Get clear on what raising the baseline actually requires and why it starts inside you before it moves into the relationship
-
Bring your real relationship into the room and work it live - not theory, not a workbook, not a framework to apply later
-
Be witnessed by women who are living the same thing and not with advice, not with their own story, but with the particular recognition of that's exactly what happens to me too
-
Leave with something that actually moved and not just something you understood

For most women, The Relational Baseline is 2 hours of finally working the pattern live - in a real relationship, in real time, with real support.
But for some of you, something won't stop at the practice ground.
If that happens, there's another doorway.
I'll be opening Feral — my 9-month container for women who are done shrinking in the exact moments it matters most. Who want what shifted in these 2 hours to become who they actually are - in their relationships, their money, their work, and the conversations that used to cost them the most.
You'll be invited in first, with early access for those who are ready to go all the way.
But let's start here first!
Replay available only for The Wild Room members

This is for you:
→ You've done real work on yourself and there's still that one relationship where none of it shows up
→ Your dog taught you how to attune, advocate and hold your ground — and with that one person you're still managing their emotional climate
→ You're braver and more honest than you've ever been and you still say the softer thing in the room that matters most
→ You know how to repair a rupture with your dog without losing yourself and with that one person you're still making yourself smaller to make peace
→You understand the pattern completely, you can trace it all the way back but understanding it hasn't changed it
→You're already raising your standards everywhere and in that one relationship you're still living at a baseline you never agreed to

You already know the woman you are with your dog.
The one who holds her ground. Who stays present when it's hard. Who advocates without apology. Who has learned - through real relationship, real rupture, real repair - what it means to be met.
She didn't arrive by accident - she arrived because you refused to settle for less than real.
Now bring her into the room that's been waiting. Two hours.
The relationship that matters most. The floor you actually want to live on.
She's ready when you are.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
> Will there be a replay?
The replay will be available exclusively for Wild Room members. You can sign up for The Wild Room here and get access to the replay.
> Do I need any prior experience with this work?
No. The Relational Baseline is designed for both women who have been in this work before and women who are encountering it for the first time. You don't need to have attended the immersion. You don't need to know the frameworks or the language. You just need to recognise yourself in what you've read here.
> Will this lead into Feral?
If something cracks open in the two hours and you want to keep going, yes. FERAL is the nine month container where this work goes all the way. The opening ceremony is 11th July. You'll hear about it at the close of the workshop. No pressure, no pitch.
> I don't have a dog - can I still join?
This workshop is specifically designed for dog moms. The dog relationship is not a metaphor here - it's the foundation the whole work is built on. If you don't have a dog, this isn't the right room.
